Car Seat Buggy 2 in 1 - Combos That Are Easy to Use

The Car Seat Buggy 2 in 1 is a combination of two of the most important baby items: the infant car seats and strollers. It makes getting off and on public transport (and climbing and descending stairs) much more convenient.

Doona's infant car seat and stroller combination is a fantastic choice. It's the only fully integrated travel system that allows you to switch from the car seat to the stroller without causing disruption to your baby.

Easy to Use

Car seat and stroller combos that are easy to use are a must for parents. These travel systems make it simple to switch between running errands, walking your dog, or taking a jog. You can also keep track of the changing needs of your child, so you can have fun with your family adventures. These travel systems glide effortlessly and smoothly, regardless of whether they have one front wheel or two. The Thule Urban Glide 2 Combo and the BOB Alterrain pro combo, and the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo are easy to maneuver. But even the BOB Revolutionflex 3.0 Combo and the Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo can be pulled by one hand.

Some models can be difficult to attach or remove from the base. The Doona Combo requires a two step process of attachment, and straps which cover the bottom of the infant carrier. It's tempting to skip these steps however it could result in dangerous outcomes.

Certain models are also more difficult to fold or store than others, which makes them less practical. Graco FastAction 3 in 1 Car Seat Stroller is difficult to fold due its large dimensions and bulky frames. Some users are also disappointed by the canopy on this model to be disappointing. On the other hand, the Britax Parkway Click and Go Combo is easy to fold using the pull of the lever and a click of the button. This model is a fantastic option for parents who wish to use their car seat in other people's cars, since it is able to be removed from the base.

Easy to Fold

It doesn't matter if you're keeping the car seat on its own or in the trunk of your vehicle or even in the closet, it should be simple to fold and unfold. The best combinations we've tested come with an easy one-handed fold that is compact and strong enough to be used on long strolls. They're also easy to maneuver, gliding effortlessly over bumps and uneven surfaces. Certain combos are only linked and disengaged by straps. This may seem like a step in the back and make it difficult for parents to secure their car seat properly.

The BOB Revolution Flex Combo is a great choice for its sturdy construction and practical features, such as a large storage bin that can be accessed from the front or back. Its exclusive SafeCenter LATCH makes it easy to achieve a secure car seat installation by connecting the lower anchors and pulling the straps tight and then pressing the carrier into the base.

It's also relatively lightweight which makes it a great option for frequent travellers or families with multiple vehicles. The Baby Jogger City Mini GT 2 Combo and the Thule Urban Glide 2 have also scored very well in our ease-of-use tests. Both come with one wheel that's simple to push with one hand. ), as well as an swivel front wheel that can be swiveled which is ideal for shopping and running errands. The only issue is that they're heavy and can be difficult to lift up when a baby is in a car seat.

Easy to Assemble

Some stroller and car seat combos can be tricky to put together. We found that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to put together, and it even comes with a quick-start guide that makes putting this system together easy. Other models we tried like the UPPAbaby Minu, UPPAbaby Vista V2 Thule Urban Glide 2 and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal, were also fairly easy to put together. However the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo is difficult to put together because it requires two steps to assemble - attaching the lower anchors and using straps to cover the bottom portion of the carrier. It's heavy, which means it requires two people to snap the carrier in the base, and then remove it.

In our tests, it took us about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 together, which is relatively rapid when you consider the amount of time it can save by not having to take out all of the individual pieces.  2 in 1 prams  can be attached and removed easily on the majority of these models.
